Warranty and Returns Policy
Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges in a warranty or exchange. If the product is defective, and you have the original box and receipt, please contact customer service within the warranty period to obtain a return authorization number.

After that, we might exchange the product. In general, a manufacturer warranty might cover all parts and labor for 2 years on all CPAP machines and 30-90 days on all CPAP masks for any manufacturer defects. This does not cover any damage caused by the consumer such as a dropped machine, water damage, a stepped on mask.

If CPAP, Bi-PAP, or Auto machine is already used, it can’t exchange or returnable. If the product is defective, and you have the original packaging and receipt, please contact customer service within the warranty period to obtain a return authorization number. We will then exchange the product.

 Please note that, No substitutes allowed from the original packaging. Once any product is taken out of its original packaging, it is no longer returnable. To avoid this, we make every effort to help you be sure of sizes and features of items prior to purchase. A special note about masks: Mask sizes vary, even between the different models by the same manufacturer. Just because you wear a medium mask in one model, do not assume you wear a medium in another. Check with us to be sure! Please call us at 1800-875-1162 if you have any question about your order.

Non-defective, and unopened returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us within 7-14 days after you receive the orders to receive a return authorization number. Any item returned without prior authorization or after 14 days will not be credited and will only be returned at the owner’s expense. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. No exceptions.

Prescription Requirement   
 Patients shall fax us a prescription after purchased any products from cybersleep.com. A prescription might not required on all machine purchases if you are Dr.Guan's patients. If you are not Dr.Guan's patients,we can set up an appointment  to consult Dr. Guan to obtain a prescription. If you have any questions about prescription policy before you purchase, please call us, toll free, at 800-875-1815. 
   
Manufacturer Restrictions
 Certain manufacturers prohibit shipment of CPAP equipment internationally. ResMed products can only be sold to patients in US only and not to other third parties or businesses.  Please contact our customer service department at 800-875-1815 for more details.
